# Performer Verification Requirements

> Understand the requirements to become a verified performer and start earning on Ultra. Learn about age verification, identity checks, and payout eligibility.

## Becoming a verified performer

To monetize your content on Ultra, you must complete our performer verification process. This ensures a safe, compliant platform for all users and protects both performers and viewers.

## Age requirements

Ultra is an 18+ platform globally (20+ in Thailand). All performers and customers must meet the minimum age for their jurisdiction. Age verification protects minors, ensures legal compliance, and maintains platform integrity across all jurisdictions.

### Age verification process

We verify your age through government-issued identification during the verification process. This is typically a one-time requirement. In certain cases, we may require additional documentation for age and identity verification.

## Identity verification requirements

### Required documents

**You must provide ONE of the following:**

* Passport (any country)
* Driver's license (government-issued)
* National identity card
* State/provincial ID card

**Requirements:**

* Must be current and not expired
* Photo must be clearly visible
* All text must be legible
* Full document must be visible (no cropping)

### Additional verification

Depending on your location, content type, and account activity, we may require:

* **Video verification**: Short selfie video to confirm identity
* **Business documentation**: If operating as a business entity
* **Secondary ID**: For enhanced verification in certain jurisdictions
* **Verification calls**: Phone or video call with our verification team
* **Ongoing verification**: Periodic re-verification or additional inquiries to ensure account authenticity

We reserve the right to conduct additional verification at any time to maintain platform integrity and comply with regulatory requirements.

## Payout eligibility

### Bank account requirements

Payout methods vary by country and are handled through our payment processor. Available options may include:

* **Debit cards**: Instant transfer to eligible debit cards
* **Digital wallets**: Country-specific options like PromptPay and others depending on your location

The specific methods available to you will be shown during the payout setup process based on your country.

## Geographic restrictions

### Supported countries

Ultra supports performer payouts in most countries through our payment processor. However, due to legal and regulatory requirements, we **cannot** support monetization for accounts based in:

* Countries under US or international sanctions
* Regions with restricted financial services
* Jurisdictions where performer platforms are prohibited

## Security requirements

### Two-factor authentication (Required)

  **2FA is mandatory for all verified performers.** You must enable two-factor authentication on your account before completing verification and maintaining payout eligibility.

## Content compliance requirements

### Prohibited content

Even with verified performer status, you must comply with our content policies:

  * Graphic sexual content or nudity is explicitly prohibited on Ultra.
  * Content involving or appearing to involve minors

  * Misleading or fraudulent content

Verified performers must:

* ✅ Maintain accurate profile and content information

## Verification process

### How to get verified

## Maintaining verification status

### Ongoing verification

To maintain performer status, you must:

* Respond to verification requests within 14 days
* Cooperate with additional verification procedures when requested

### Loss of verification

Your verification status may be suspended or revoked if:

* Two-factor authentication is disabled
* You fail to respond to verification requests
* Suspicious activity is detected on your account
* You violate platform policies or terms of service

## Common verification issues

### Application rejected?

Most rejections are due to:

1. **2FA not enabled**: Two-factor authentication must be active
2. **Document quality**: Blurry, cropped, or illegible documents
3. **Expired ID**: ID must be current and not expired
4. **Name mismatch**: Name on ID must match application
5. **Age requirement**: Does not meet minimum age requirements
