Residual Revshare Program

Overview

The Ultra Residual Revshare Program rewards you for growing the platform. When you share your Ultra profile and someone signs up through your link, you earn 20% of everything they spend on the platformforever. This isn’t a one-time payment. It’s recurring revenue that compounds as your audience grows and engages with the platform.

How It Works

Every user on Ultra automatically has a referral link. Your link is:
https://ultra.com/@yourname?ref=yourname
When someone clicks your link and signs up within 30 days, they’re connected to you as the referrer.

What You Earn

You receive 20% of lifetime spending from everyone you refer. This includes:
  • Tips they send to creators
  • Subscriptions they purchase
  • Private show purchases
  • VIP session fees
  • Any other spending on the platform
Example: If someone you referred spends 1,000onUltraovertheirlifetime,youearn1,000 on Ultra over their lifetime, you earn 200. If you refer 100 people who each spend 1,000,thats1,000, that's 20,000 in revenue share.

Why This Matters for Creators

Most creators promote themselves. With Ultra, that self-promotion has a multiplier effect:
  1. Direct earnings: You earn from tips, subscriptions, and private shows from your fans
  2. Revshare earnings: You earn 20% when those same fans spend on other creators
  3. Network effects: As your audience explores other content on Ultra, your revshare compounds
A creator with 10,000 engaged fans can generate substantial residual revenueeven from activity outside their own channel.

How Referral Tracking Works

When someone clicks your referral link:
  1. We store a cookie with your referral code
  2. The cookie lasts for 30 days
  3. If they sign up within 30 days, they’re attributed to you
  4. The connection is permanentyou earn from their lifetime spending

First-Touch Attribution

We use first-touch attribution: the first person to refer someone gets credit. If a user clicks multiple referral links, only the first referrer earns the revenue share.

No Double-Counting

Users can only have one referrer. Once someone is attributed to you, that relationship doesn’t changeeven if they click other referral links later.

Technical Details

How Revenue Is Split

When a referred user spends money on Ultra, the split is:
  • 60% to the creator receiving the payment
  • 20% to the platform
  • 20% to you (the referrer)
The creator still gets their full 60% share. Your 20% comes from the platform’s portion of revenue.

Platform Default

If a user signs up without a referral link, the platform keeps 100% of its share. Your referral program earnings don’t reduce creator earningsthey only apply to platform revenue.

Self-Referrals

You cannot earn revenue share from your own spending. The program is designed to reward you for growing the platform, not for self-dealing.
