Ultra is a platform built on real connections. That only works if everyone — creators and viewers — holds up their end. These guidelines exist to protect the integrity of those connections and the safety of everyone on the platform. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity.

Prohibited content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Ultra, regardless of creator verification status:
  • Content involving minors — Any sexual or suggestive content involving or appearing to involve anyone under 18. This is a zero-tolerance policy with immediate permanent termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Non-consensual content — Recording, sharing, or distributing intimate content without the explicit consent of all parties.
  • Illegal activities — Content that facilitates, promotes, or depicts illegal acts.
  • Extreme violence or gore — Gratuitous or realistic depictions of violence with no artistic or educational context.
  • Hate speech — Content that attacks or dehumanizes individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
  • Harassment and stalking — Targeted, repeated behavior intended to intimidate, distress, or harm another person.
  • Copyright infringement — Streaming, posting, or distributing content you do not have rights to.
  • Misleading or fraudulent content — Misrepresenting yourself, your content, or your intentions to viewers.
  • Sexually explicit content in public-facing areas — Explicit content must remain behind access controls and must not appear in profile images, thumbnails, or other publicly visible surfaces.

Authenticity requirements

No third-party chat services

Every paid interaction on Ultra must come from you — the verified creator. You may not:
  • Have another person write, respond to, or manage your paid messages on your behalf
  • Use a third-party agency or service to operate your inbox or handle paid conversations
  • Allow anyone else to pose as you in live streams, voice calls, video calls, or paid messaging
Viewers pay to connect with you. Delegating that interaction to someone else — whether a human employee, a contractor, or any external service — is a fundamental breach of trust and a violation of our terms. Accounts found to be using third-party chat operators will be permanently terminated.

No AI-generated creators or content

Ultra is a platform for human creators. The following are prohibited:
  • AI-generated personas — You may not create or operate a creator account that is not backed by a real, verified human being.
  • AI-generated responses in paid interactions — Using AI tools to auto-generate responses to paid messages, calls, or live chat interactions is prohibited. Viewers are paying for a real human connection.
  • Synthetic media deception — Deepfakes, AI-generated voice clones, or any other synthetic media used to deceive viewers about who they are interacting with.
Using AI tools for editing, creative assistance, or content production in clearly non-interactive contexts (e.g., post-production on a video) is not prohibited. The line is deception in paid interactive contexts.

Behavior policy

Creator conduct

Creators are expected to:
  • Treat all viewers with basic respect, even when declining interactions or ending sessions
  • Not solicit personal contact information from viewers in ways that violate platform policies
  • Not make credible threats of any kind toward viewers, other creators, or platform staff
  • Not engage in coordinated efforts to harm another creator’s reputation through false claims

Viewer conduct

Viewers are expected to:
  • Respect creator boundaries — if a creator declines a request, that is final
  • Not send threatening, abusive, or harassing messages
  • Not attempt to share or distribute creator content without permission
  • Not engage in stalking behavior, including attempting to identify or locate a creator’s personal information (doxxing)

Harassment and stalking

Harassment includes repeated unwanted contact, abusive messages, coordinated pile-ons, and any behavior designed to make another person feel unsafe. Stalking includes obsessive tracking of a person’s activity, attempting to obtain their personal information, or following them across platforms to continue contact after being blocked. Both are grounds for immediate account termination.

Reporting violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, report it through the in-app reporting tool or contact us directly at support@ultramessenger.com. We review all reports. Reports that are deliberately false or made in bad faith are themselves a violation of these guidelines.
